Allpro Web Sync Details
Our all new Allpro Web Sync software allows you to synchronize all of your out of the office Allpro Insulator databases with your primary database in the office. Allpro Web Sync utilizes cloud data storage technologies to copy the databases from each of your out of the office computers to your primary computer in the office.
The best part about this software is you don't have to rely on your sales reps remembering to synchronize. All of the synchronizing is done on the primary computer in the office. All your sales reps have to do is ensure that after they have completed any new estimates that need to be synchronized they keep their computer connected to the internet long enough for their database to copy over to your main office computer. Allpro Web Sync can then be scheduled to synchronize some or all of your databases at specific dates and times. You can create multiple sync groups and schedules for the utmost synchronizing flexibility available. Note that Allpro Web Sync is a separate program that must be purchased separately.
Allpro Web Sync is a subscription based software application which requires you to pay an annual fee to continue using the software. We are currently offering a one year subscription for $120.
Our Allpro Web Sync software works in conjunction with Dropbox online data storage. They currently offer up to 2GB of storage for free. If you require additional online storage space Dropbox currently offers 50GB of space for $9.99 per month. Note that unless you have a very large sales force that works out of the office you will likely not need more than 2GB of storage space.
