Allpro Insulator allows you to work with multiple data files (additional charges may apply).  This is useful if you own multiple companies, and you want to track each company separately.  For example, if you own an insulation company and a drywall company you could use Allpro Insulator to manage both of your companies, but you can separate their data by storing them each in a separate company file.

The form below is displayed when you select Database (highlighted in yellow above) from the logon screen.

To switch between companies, you simply open Allpro Insulator and select Database from the Logon menu.  A list of all your data files will be displayed and you simply press the “Select” button on the Data File Name you would like to open.  Allpro Insulator will close the current data file and open the data file you selected.  You can have as many data files as you require, but Allpro Technology will have to set up each data file you need added.
